Michael Fleming was charged with felony robbery after attempting to withdraw a penny from a Chase bank in Lady Lake, Fla. The teller, fearing escalation, called the police. Fleming, from Summerfield, Fla., was arrested and booked into jail with a $5,000 bond. Deputies found probable cause for the charge.
